Hassle free Home Loans
Buying a new home can be a tricky business, even for the experienced home buyer. And if you’re a first home buyer, it can be downright daunting. Thankfully, Westlawn can offer you the support and contacts you need to make the process run smoothly from beginning to end.
Our arrangement with the Professional Lenders Association Network of Australia means we have access to over 20 Home Lending Institutions, including all the major banks, some building societies and credit unions. Not only that, we also have access to some of the less traditional lenders. This means that in most circumstances you can trust us to find you the right lender to turn your dream into a reality. As a member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA), Westlawn’s mortgage professionals are subject to an Industry Code of Practice requiring professionalism, ethical behaviour & transparency.
Whether you’re a first home buyer, a seasoned property investor or just looking to update or re-finance your existing home loan, our experienced mortgage professionals are all you need to take you through the process from beginning to end.

- Latest copies of credit card statements showing your credit limits.
- Most recent pay-slips to ensure your details are current.

- If you are self-employed, the last two years profit and loss statements, balance sheets and tax returns.
- Savings account statements for last 6 months.
- If you have selected a home, a copy of the contract of sale, or if you are refinancing, a copy of the certificate of title or latest rates notice.
